Your first visit starts with a consultation. We take time to understand your concerns, your goals, and your history with injectables before making any recommendations. First-time patients at Wasatch Integrative Medicine should book the Consult + First Visit appointment.
Treatment
Treatment varies by service. Botox appointments are quick — typically 15–20 minutes. Filler and Sculptra sessions take a bit longer depending on the areas being treated. Topical numbing is available to ensure comfort.
After your Treatment
After your appointment, most patients experience minimal redness, swelling, or bruising that resolves within a few days. Botox results are visible within 7–14 days. Filler results are immediate. Sculptra results develop gradually over 2–3 months as collagen rebuilds, with continued improvement for up to two years.

How do I know which treatment is right for me?
That is exactly what your consultation is for. Botox, filler, and Sculptra each address different concerns and work in different ways. Your injector will listen to your goals and recommend the combination — or single treatment — that makes the most sense for your anatomy and timeline.
Is Sculptra the same as regular filler?
No — they work completely differently. Filler physically adds volume at the injection site and results are immediate. Sculptra stimulates your body's own collagen production gradually over time, resulting in natural-looking improvement that develops over months and lasts significantly longer.
How long do results last?
Botox typically lasts 3–4 months. Hyaluronic acid fillers vary but generally last 12–18 months. Sculptra results can last two or more years with an optimal treatment series.
Does it hurt?
Discomfort is generally mild and brief. Botox feels like a small pinch. Filler injections are more involved but topical numbing cream is applied beforehand to maximize comfort. Most patients find the experience very manageable.
Will i look overdone?
